Michele was the eldest son and our father. What a cook! His recipes came from his mum and knowledge he gained from working in restaurants around the country and eventually in the UK where he met our mum! He loved his family, food and wine and was never happier than when cooking for us all – even when we left home, he would bring us meals he had prepared fresh that day. For dad, it was Champagne that would be his first choice at any meal, with any food. Our Terre Brut and Rose would have been perfect for him!
