Giovanni is our brother. It was his idea to share the flavoursome produce being made by our family in Italy and bring it in to the UK. His love of family, food, wine and traditions is infectious. He reminds us all of the old times, what we need to do to keep the traditions and values alive and how we can share them with the people around us. For Terre Di San Vito, he is the one who keeps us all on our toes! He knows his wine so only the full range would do for his hamper!

Authentic Taste & Quality

We use traditional, Southern Italian methods for collecting our olives and grapes as well as in the making of our sundried tomatoes and vegetables marinated in olive oil.

These Southern Italian methods really mean getting the staff and the whole family together: sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles and cousins – including the family from England (timing holidays to coincide with harvest time).

Terre Di San Vito is so very proud that we have ‘Organic’ status for our grapes, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and adhere to the "organic" certification and have had the "bio" or "organic" certification since 2017.This certification is for our rich and fertile soil. It includes the cultivation of grapes, olives, vegetables, fruits and melons, roots and tubers.

The food grown and processed on the Terre Di San Vito land uses no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Our pesticides are derived from natural sources (such as biological pesticides).
