At Terre Di San Vito, we grow and use Coratina, Ogliarola and Favolosa olives and meticulous attention is given to the production process and, in particular, harvesting by hand.  By doing this, we can ensure only the best, ripe olives are collected, ideal for the milling process. They are then cold pressed on the same day - no chemicals are added to our delicious extra virgin olive oil. The Terre Di San Vito olive oil has a high nutritional value, particularly in vitamins E, A, K and D, and also has antioxidant properties which boost the body's immune system. Our new Extra virgin olive oil is 100% ORGANIC

Coratina, Ogliarola and Favolosa olives. Hand-harvested and cold pressed on the same day. No additional heating. No added chemicals or solvents. Natural vitamins E, A, K and D. ORGANIC.

For the full flavour experience, drizzle our olive oil over salads and griddled vegetables, use in marinades and sauces and for an added burst of flavour - use as a confit for poaching fish. My brother uses a teaspoon of it rubbed in to his face before and after shaving - stops his skin from being irritated!

We use only the highest quality ingredients and adhere to the "organic" certification and have had the "bio" or "organic" certification since 2017.This certification is for our rich and fertile soil. It includes the cultivation of grapes, olives, vegetables, fruits and melons, roots and tubers.

The food grown and processed on the Terre Di San Vito land uses no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Our pesticides are derived from natural sources (such as biological pesticides).
