Primitivo

Negroamaro
Majestic and enigmatic, Negroamaro unveils an intricate tapestry of ripe plum, Amarena cherry, and subtle espresso. Undertones of dried herbs and tobacco leaf recall the aromatic breezes of the Salento coast. Velvet in texture with a poised, lingering finish, it speaks in the refined tones of true Italian heritage.

Susumaniello
Once a hidden treasure, now revealed in all its splendor, Susumaniello charms with a cascade of wild berries, violet petals, and a mineral whisper from its coastal origins. Vibrant yet deeply complex, it dances gracefully between freshness and depth, leaving a jewel-like sparkle on the palate.

Terre Di San Vito is so very proud that we have ‘Organic’ status for our grapes, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and adhere to the "organic" certification and have had the "bio" or "organic" certification since 2017.This certification is for our rich and fertile soil. It includes the cultivation of grapes, olives, vegetables, fruits and melons, roots and tubers.

The food grown and processed on the Terre Di San Vito land uses no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Our pesticides are derived from natural sources (such as biological pesticides).
