At Terre Di San Vito, we grow and use Coratina, Ogliarola and Favolosa olives and meticulous attention is given to the production process and, in particular, harvesting by hand.  By doing this, we can ensure only the best, ripe olives are collected, ideal for the milling process. They are then cold pressed on the same day - no chemicals are added to our olive oil. The Terre Di San Vito olive oil has a high nutritional value, particularly in vitamins E, A, K and D, and also has antioxidant properties which boost the body's immune system.

For the full flavour experience, drizzle our olive oil over salads and griddled vegetables, use in marinades and sauces and for an added burst of flavour - use as a confit for poaching fish. Why not try being a little daring and pour a trickle over your favourite ice cream - add a pinch of salt too or over your favourite meat or fish carpaccio delicious! My brother uses a teaspoon of it rubbed in to his face before and after shaving - stops his skin from being irritated!
