Grown in our vineyard in Polignano, Apeneste is a fresh and beautifully balanced white wine, with aromatic herbs and fruity notes. Hand-picked and fermented in thermoregulated steel, it is a refined expression of our Puglian terroir.

The Taste

Terre Di San Vito is so very proud that we have ‘Organic’ status for our grapes, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and adhere to the "organic" certification and have had the "bio" or "organic" certification since 2017.This certification is for our rich and fertile soil. It includes the cultivation of grapes, olives, vegetables, fruits and melons, roots and tubers.

The food grown and processed on the Terre Di San Vito land uses no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Our pesticides are derived from natural sources (such as biological pesticides).
