This restaurant has been given awards by the most important restaurant guides: Gambero Rosso, Touring Club Italiano, Guida Michelin and gained the Quality Mark of the Apulian Cuisine.
The restaurant is built inside an ancient bakery within a cave which dates back to the 14th century. Part of the inside is a real museum showing the tools and equipment used for harvesting crops and baking.
The head chef at Osteria del Tempo Perso, follows the culinary Apulian tradition (and, of course that of Ostuni) and prepares well-known specialities but with a modern twist and follows the rhythm of the seasons
