Peaches and Wine - Pesche con Vino Serve in large red wine glasses and add a few slices to eat after drinking the wine.

Ingredients
1 Lb Peaches cut in slices
1/2 Botlle of Terre Di San Vito Il Vescovo Red wine
2 Tbs Lemon juice
1 Tbs Sugar

 

  1. Wash the peaches and cut into slices.
  2. As you cut them dip them in the lemon juice to prevent oxidation
  3. Pour the wine in a bowl and add the sugar.
  4. Add the peaches and any lemon juice that is left over
  5. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours

 

Serve in large red wine glasses and add a few slices to eat after drinking the wine.
