The company’s flagship wine – the grapes, cut into boxes, are vinified with a thermoregulated fermentation. Long macerations are carried out, interspersed with delicate repassing and delestage. Vinified in stainless steel, after the right maturation time, the product obtained is refined in the bottle for a minimum of 4 months.

REFINING AND TASTING NOTES:
In steel for 9 months, aging in bottle for 6 months at least. The fruity and spicy notes typical of Malbec well balanced by the persistence of Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a complex and elegant blend.
