The olives are picked by hand directly from the tree; this collection mode by hand longer, ensures the selection of the best olives, clasped to the stage of ripening ideal for the milling process. The selected olives are cold pressed in the day, continuous thread, so not undergoing any heating or addition of solvents.
Oil to be used in cooking to flavour any type of flow without altering the characteristics of raw materials. Ideal with fish dishes, grilled meats, vegetables and fries.
