1. How much does delivery cost on my order?
Delivery is free for orders more than £70. If your purchase is less than this amount, then there is a small delivery fee that will apply. This will depend on the value of the order.
2. How long does it take to receive an order?
If you place your order before noon on the day of purchase, we will do our best to dispatch your order the same day for standard next day delivery. NOTE: delivery to some remote areas may take an extra 24 hours.
Please bear in mind that delays can occur and that, once orders are dispatched, they are out of our control. If you require special delivery services, please contact us to arrange this.
3. How do I return or exchange an item after purchase?
You can return your item within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused. You will have to pay the return fee. Refunds usually take up to 7 days after we have received the items; please ensure that all items are packed safely for transit as some of them are fragile. We will not issue refunds on items returned in damaged condition.
If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, then please contact us before posting the item so we can rectify the problem for you.
4. Which payment method can I use?
We accept payment from Visa or Mastercard. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
5. How can I track my parcel?
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
6. Where do you deliver to?
We ship to UK mainland only. Some remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands may incur surcharges. Deliveries to parts of Europe may be arranged by phone only, and will incur additional shipping costs. We do not ship outside Europe.
Once an item has been purchased, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date. As long as it is in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, we will issue a full refund.
The returns fee is at your own expense when returning your order/items back to Terre di San Vito. Items to be returned must come with your receipt or other proof of purchase when packed together. Please ensure that all items are packed safely, as our products are fragile and may be damaged in transit if incorrectly packaged.
We aim to issue refunds within 7 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email from us confirming once your refund has been placed back onto the purchaser’s card.
If you notice that your item is faulty or has been damaged once it’s been delivered to you, please contact us immediately in order to resolve this issue.
